It is every woman’s responsibility to learn how to be safe!  And with this spirit of empowerment, I would like to welcome each of you to join us for a special, FREE program entitled EMPOWERING WOMEN TO “WIN”, a responsible awareness education program designed to teach women how to protect themselves.
